Working closely together with the Ecological Management Foundation, Micro Water Facility (MWF) enjoys broad support from committed partners.

MWF is an initiative of the Ecological Management Foundation. Although they are independent foundations, the two organisations work closely together and share the same director, Board of Governors, and Advisory Board.

Stichting Adessium, the Entrepreneurs Fund and Aqua for All  financed the start-up phase of MWF. Meanwhile MWF is self-supporting. Its services are provided for a reasonable fee.

Opening of the first Sujol plant in Bangladesh

On May 12th the first Sujol plant was opened officially. This plant produces 200 liters an hours. The water quality is within Bangladeshi standards. The plant reduces Salinity up till 97% and Arsenic from 370 ppm to 30 ppm. Sujol water taste nearly as good as mineral water and beats the taste of water treated by comparable alternatives easily.
