Partners for Water approves EMF application
Sujol, aiming to provide Arsenic free water to 30.000 villages in rural Bangladesh, has been rated as the best application in the Partners for Water Subsidy Scheme.
The project was officially launched by EMF founder Allerd Stikker at the opening bell ceremony at Amsterdam Stock Exchange on 15 December 2010.
On May 12th the first Sujol plant was opened officially. This plant produces 200 liters an hours. The water quality is within Bangladeshi standards. The plant reduces Salinity up till 97% and Arsenic from 370 ppm to 30 ppm. Sujol water taste nearly as good as mineral water and beats the taste of water treated by comparable alternatives easily.
